The Trustees meet bi-monthly to review the Trust's operations, to set project priorities, and to review financial matters. At least two Trustees are nominated to have special responsibility – as 'Lead Trustees' - for each project under consideration. Trustees may also be called upon to give specific advice on a project if necessary. The Chairman works with the staff on all the projects and reviews the Trust's financial situation on a monthly basis.
