The Trustees meet bi-monthly to review the Trust's operations and to set project priorities. At least two Trustees are nominated to have special responsibility – as 'lead Trustees' - for each project under consideration. Trustees may also be called upon to give specific advice on a project if necessary. The chairman of the Trustees oversees all projects. The Director consults with a lead Trustee on all material decisions. Where a decision may have substantial financial implications for the Trust, ratification is sought from the board of Trustees.
